Turkish international coach Colin Kazım-Richards: Born in London, Colin Kazım-Richards is a former Türkiye international who moved into coaching after an extensive playing career across England, Türkiye, France, the Netherlands, Scotland, Brazil and Mexico. After joining the Arsenal academy coaching staff in July 2024, he took his first senior managerial role with Crawley Town in March 2026 and helped the club secure League Two survival.

About the Coach

Colin Kazım-Richards was born on 26 August 1986 in London, England. Although born in England, he represented Türkiye at international level, earning 37 caps and scoring two goals. He developed through the Arsenal academy before beginning his professional playing career with Bury in 2004.

Kazım-Richards enjoyed an extensive playing career that included Bury, Brighton & Hove Albion, Sheffield United, Fenerbahçe, Toulouse, Galatasaray, Olympiacos, Blackburn Rovers, Bursaspor, Feyenoord, Celtic, Coritiba, Corinthians, Lobos BUAP, Veracruz, Pachuca, Derby County and Fatih Karagümrük. He retired from professional football in 2023.

In July 2024, Kazım-Richards returned to Arsenal, joining the club's academy coaching staff after having spent part of his youth career at the club. Kazım-Richards was appointed Crawley Town head coach on 24 March 2026. He guided the club through the final seven matches of the 2025–2026 season, recording two wins and three draws and helping Crawley secure League Two survival.
