Hikmet Karaman is a Turkish football manager. Between 1994 and 1997, he coached professional teams at Kocaelispor and Galatasaray. He led Çaykur Rizespor to promotion to the Turkish Super League in the 2002-03 season and Antalyaspor in the 2007-08 season. He also managed Kocaelispor when they won the Turkish Cup in the 2001-02 season. He also managed the Moldovan team Zimbru Chisinau.
