Turkish head coach Arda Turan: A former Türkiye international and one of the country's most accomplished footballers of his generation, Arda Turan began his coaching career with Eyüpspor in April 2023. He guided Eyüpspor to the 2023–2024 TFF 1. Lig championship and secured the club's historic promotion to the Süper Lig. In July 2025, he became head coach of Shakhtar Donetsk, where he won the 2025–2026 Ukrainian Premier League title.

Turkish coach Arda Turan was born on 30 January 1987 in İstanbul, Türkiye. After an illustrious playing career with Galatasaray, Atlético Madrid, Barcelona, İstanbul Başakşehir and Galatasaray, he retired from professional football in September 2022 and moved into coaching.

Turan began his managerial career with Eyüpspor in April 2023. During the 2023–2024 season, he guided the Istanbul club to the TFF 1.
